15-30 min discussion immediately following session to discuss insights and receive journal prompts to assist you on your journey.
A 15-30 minute follow-up call one week later where we can discuss any questions that you may have an offer continued guidance for our work together.
Month Two:
1-hour Energy/Frequency alignment & upgrade session.

15-30 minutes to share any messages I may have received and answer any questions you may have. As well as journal prompts for you to work with until our next and final session.
A follow-up call one week after to answer any questions you may have and offer continued guidance.

Final 2.5 -hour session which will include a 1 hour energy alignment, a 22 -minute Vibro-Acoustic Healing Integration, and a 30 minute deep healing and detox infrared sauna bed. Completed with a complimentary cup of herbal tea.
30 minutes dedicated to post session discussion to allow both of us to discuss our 3 month journey together and conclude your sessions.
Take home an 8” x 8” Energetic Painting reflecting your origins. This will begin after our first appointment & will be completed upon your final appointment to be a reflection and a reminder as needed to continue guiding you along your path.
